  • Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges without accurate order information, including order number and zip code, are not able to be processed online, with no exceptions.

  • Exchanges for in-person purchases FROM ANY CHANNEL OTHER THAN ONLINE WITH ACCURATE ORDER NUMBER AND ZIP CODE (in-store, street fests, and holiday markets), are not eligible for return or exchange online WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We do not offer price adjustments or price matching from in-person purchases to online. Coupon codes are to be redeemed at time of purchase, online only, and are not eligible to be applied for a price adjustment, with no exceptions.

  • All domestic returns and exchanges are $10

  • Exchange will not be processed until product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

  • Refunds are available via store credit only.

  • Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at time of purchase.

  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return for store credit.

  • Purchases from street fests, markets, fairs, boutiques, and Bryant Park or Union Square holiday markets are FINAL SALE at the time of purchase, and not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment online, with no exceptions.
